WARRANTY

Our products have a one year warranty. If you receive a Carlsen Melton product that is defective, we will replace it upon return of the defective item. In addition, if your Carlsen Melton product becomes defective within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it upon return of the defective item. We will not replace a product that has been damaged by misuse or abuse.

Please contact Carlsen Melton by phone for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. The product must be returned to Carlsen Melton within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. Upon receipt of the returned product, Carlsen Melton will ship you a replacement.
